Anniversary Scholarship Donation Form
As you may be aware the image above was selected by the membership as the logo for the 50th anniversary of Ten-Ten International. This logo is now available on a 1 1/4 inch square lapel pin. For a limited time this lapel pin can be acquired by the membership for a $15 donation to the 10-10 Scholarship Foundation. If your donation exceeds $25 you can request a second anniversary pin or one of our historical pins will be selected by the Scholarship Manager. Due to limited supply, please only two Anniversary pins per household. These donations are used to fund four $1500.00 10-10 Scholarships annually. Be sure to request the Anniversary Pin and make out checks or money orders to 10-10 International Net Scholarship Foundation and mail to:
