10-10 MOBILE CONTACT AWARD
Rules:
- A qualified mobile is defined as any vehicle equipped with two-way radio capability for 10 meters, operated by a 10-10 member within the limits of his/her license. Mobile operation includes auto (including two and three wheel road vehicles), nautical, and aeronautical vehicles. A mobile must operate from power supplied by the vehicle and not from a commercial power source or static antenna.
- The basic mobile contact award level is 25 different contacts with the following information supplied: 10-10 number, callsign, name, state/country and date of contact. The applicant may or may not be mobile. All of the different contacts (no duplicates) that he or she makes must be mobile. The award is available to all current paid members of 10-10 at no cost. Please include your E-mail address, if you have one.
- Endorsement seals will be issued for submissions at the 50, 75, and 100 contact levels. After the first 100 contacts, subsequent endorsement requests must be submitted in blocks of 100. Only one block of 100 can be submitted per application request. Upgrades are SASE USA and DX.
- Parking lot nets at conventions, swap meets or other gatherings are excluded as qualifying contacts. Mobiles in route to or departing from such gatherings are considered eligible contacts.
- All contacts for the mobile contact award must have occurred after January 1, 1996.
- Contacts for the mobile contact award do NOT require QSL confirmation.
- 10-10 Awards general rules and requirements are applicable.
10-10 MOBILE WORKED ALL STATES (WAS) AWARD
Rules:
- A qualified mobile is defined as any vehicle equipped with two-way radio capability for 10 meters, operated by a 10-10 member within the limits of his/her license. Mobile operation includes auto (including two and three wheel road vehicles), nautical, and aeronautical vehicles. A mobile must operate from power supplied by the vehicle and not from a commercial power source or static antenna. Please include your E-mail address, if you have one.
- Parking lot nets at conventions, swap meets or other gatherings are excluded as qualifying contacts. Mobiles in route to or departing from such gatherings are considered eligible contacts.
- All contacts for the mobile WAS award must have occurred after January 1, 1996.
- The Mobile WAS award is issued for working a mobile 10-10 member in each of the 50 United States.
- A single mobile station may be used for up to a maximum five (5) states for the mobile WAS award.
- The applicant may claim only those contacts made from within a 50 mile radius of his/her home QTH.
- 10-10 Awards general rules and requirements are applicable.
